high on life stuck on loading since 1 month

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work uninstalling and reinstalling the game will be the next resort.

I can not even get the app to start up now. I have done everything including the factory reset, and it just gets stuck on the loading screen.......loading and loading and loading and loading and loading.....Microsoft, why don't thou reply. Starting to
wonder if I should take my ONE back and exchange for ps4??!! Been a gold member since day 1!!!

Or maybe they've had their Xbox since 2005 or 2006 & don't just spam the same game day in, day out. There are plenty of people with high gamerscores who have no life -- I actually know 1 or 2. However, it's not that hard to accumulated 50-100 thousand G
just from playing various games over a 7 year period while simultaneously having a proper life.
