    im currently experiencing high latency at random times no matter what im playing, then it connects in party and boots me out. Then things eventually stabilize. Im wired with good speeds, any advice on what i can change?

    Hello yes some days it is fine in games and some days its unplayable but my brothers is fine and were on the same network, we have tried many networks and still the same problem. it is a relatively old xbox too.
    how old are we talking? and you've updated it to the current version of the dash?
