    Hello,

    I live in Connecticut, there are no major internet service providers in my area. Comcast and Spectrum are the only 2 I know of. Unfortunately, there are no fiber lines currently ran in my state so that's not an option for me.

    I have Comcast, I usually have between 250-270 download with a 5-10 upload.

    I have a regular Xbox One and I also have an Xbox One X. (cat 7 ethernet cords)

    My Xbox One X has 97ms latency and my regular Xbox has 60ms. I was just wondering why they would be different?

    On top of that, I play Halo 5: Guardians almost daily and that game is unplayable with such high ping. I was able to do a ping test to Virginia where the East Coast server is located and I'm at 168 ping.

    Then why every game do i get red dot and lag all over the place no one else seems to get this issue?

    Hello yes some days it is fine in games and some days its unplayable but my brothers is fine and were on the same network, we have tried many networks and still the same problem. it is a relatively old xbox too.
    how old are we talking? and you've updated it to the current version of the dash?
