High latency xbox one x/X/S

Discus and support High latency xbox one x/X/S in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've called my isp. I've deleted games. I am hard wired.     High latency xbox one x/X/S


    I've called my isp. I've deleted games. I am hard wired. This is an ongoing issue I've seen in a older thread that wasn't properly fixed. I live alone so it's mostly just my xbox and phone connected. I have moved my xbox closer to the modem and router (isp suggestion even though I'm hard wired). Every troubleshooting thing Ms website suggested I tried. Can anyone at MS please help countless people that have been talking about this high latency issue before the pandemic. Had the original xbox one, xbox one X, and now the series S. All the same issue. Please for the love of God help.

    Hi Marquis Walker

    If all the consoles have the same issue it points to your network connection.

    It may be the ethernet cable your using. Check it for damage and/or crush marks.

    How old is the network hardware you're using? It may need updating or replacing.

    It could also be a high resistance fault on the line in the street that feeds your property. Your ISP would have to check the integrity of the connection between the exchange and your property.

    You misunderstood. I've had three consoles and they all have the same issue.
    Not sure I misunderstood you there? You reported that you have had the same issue on 3 separate consoles? I was simply pointing out that the fact it was on 3 suggested the fault was on your line/ISP rather than the consoles themselves.
