High latency on network statistics about XBOX ONE X

Hi.

I'm suffering from serious latency while testing network. While playing FIFA 20 it always shows me 5 full signals.

my statistic result is like this.

Here‘s the result of speedtest.

Here's
the result of pinging EA servers.

So how to solve the problem about high latency? Thanks!

I live in Melbourne CBD and the nearest server I think is in Sydney......

but 120ms is really ridiculous......

All you can do is use an ethernet connection instead of wireless and limit the internet use of other devices on your network while playing online.

For the different latency you see in this image, remember that Xbox test server are different (and far away), the speedtest by ookla search for the nearest test server so the latency is significantly low.

The ea servers are always full and works with a heavy load of users because having few server that works at 98%/100% is a cost lower than a big server farm, so big that with these load of users works at 50% (for example), but more users and phisical distance
are responsible of latency.

Yeah I always use cable network. Also changed DNS (google dns and opendns) as u told but totally didn't work......

Yeah I always use cable network on my xbox.

When I test xbox connection on my Win10 desktop it's almost same.....

Hi JiaXiang Shao,

to reducing latency first of all - if you still wireless conected use a RJ45 cable!! Also resetting your router
completely can be a great idea if you’re facing severe lag spikes in game Servers. Also Updating the firmware often
increases the bandwidth speed and reduces latency. Do not use the
default DNS provided by your ISP which is not optimized for the fastest response time. It’s proved that a
faster DNS can drastically improve latency. For example 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4 (Google’s Public DNS)
