    Hey Mister Beep and other who may see this thread,

    I, as others, thought this issue was an xbox live issue. However, as Mister Beep has indicated above it is an ISP issue. Below is a response from my ISP yesterday.

    "I asked about this earlier and I was informed that everything is built and ready to be turned up, but they are waiting on Microsoft to sign the contract."

    I am not well versed in networking. What I understand from this process is that the servers, or something involved, have a capacity. When this capacity is maxed then an issue presents with latency. I am not sure why or the details but it does deal with the
    ISP or the entity the peer with (ex: Level 3 Communications, Indatel, etc.). Hopefully, no one else will have this issue. I also hope Microsoft signs the contract with Indatel soon so I can get back to playing with friends during the peak hours of usage. Thank
    you to all who provided feedback and direction. I apologize if I came across as a jerk in any posts. I was so frustrated about being redirected to contact other parties with no results. Again, Thanks for our help.

    @ xEnViOuSxOnE... I am not an expert but I have been told anything over 100 is not good. I not an impact on my game play when it get over 120 or so. Yesterday I have latency from 4:00pm to about midnight that didn't go lower then 150ms and got up to around
    350ms. if your latency is 259ms this is seriously going to impact our gameplay. My issues is still not fixed an it has been since September. My latency problem stopped for about 30-45 days but since Christmas it has came back due to so many people being online.

    Okay, I spoke to and IT guy last night. He actually took the time to explain the likely issue is with the intermediate my ISP uses to provide internet service. This makes more sense why I feel I am constantly being pushed off to the other party. It would
    be nice for someone with someone to actually help me by contacting Level 3 Communications on my behalf since the issue appears to be with my ISP's intermediate's server connecting with Microsoft's server. I called Level 3 Communications last night to express
    the issue but, I was told I needed to have my ISP contact them because I am not a customer of theirs. I will try again with me ISP. It is sad that I pay money for services and I feel that none of these companies really care about my problem. I bet they would

    We have confirmed that this is an issue on the ISP side, and we strongly recommend continuing to work with them to reach a resolution.

    No it is not possible. I am not working further with my ISP! They have tried everything they can. The issue is with your server! My connection works fine with every other device. There was not an issue until your update on September 28th/29th. I have had
    this ISP for many months with no issues until then. You fix it! I am sick and tired of xbox live support pushing me off on to my ISP. If you are certain it is my ISP then why don't you help me by contacting them instead of pushing it on me. I have tried and
    they have done test that suggest it is on your end. Keeping pushing the issue off on others and you are going to lose customers!
