    In October/ November I had high latency problems only on my Xbox One (every other device in my house was fine to game on.) Come December the high latency problem went away, now its doing again, and it started up about last week. Anyone know what the problem
    could be? It's 100% not my ISP because they came out and looked at everything and my connection is fine...

    High Latency Issues

    This post belongs in the Early Access forums.

    However, the current workaround for this issue is to go to Settings>Preferences and toggle the PlayTo setting. That should get you back to normal speeds.

    If you use Energy Saving mode (rather than Instant On/Connected Standby) you will need to do this each time you boot your console until the issue is fixed.

    I am experiencing high latency as well. My latency was consistently 86 ms and now it is consistently 173ms. I am on a wired cat6 connection. >105 Mbps up and > 20 Mbps down. Reserved IP Address

    .Port forwarded. My NAT type is open. I live in Virginia and have Comcast internet. I am using a cisco XB3 3939 Gateway router. Can Anyone tell me how to find out what server my xbox one is trying to connect to and anyway to reduce my latency? . thanks

    I'm not sure what is causing it, but I'm having the same problems now also. Every game of Halo 5 was very laggy, so I started constantly checking my Detailed Network Statistics and 8m getting 250ms, with 1-2% packet loss. I'm in the preview program, and
    u know there are some issues with the console restarting itself, so I wonder if this is a problem with it as well. I'm half tempted to drop out of the preview program. It's a cool peogram, but I want a working console all of the time, not a console that is
    going to have serious issues 25 days of the month.

    If you want your console to work properly the majority of the time you definitely don't want to be involved in testing beta software on your primary machine. Beta testing by definition is to help discover and resolve issues before it is released to the

  7. Yea I know that, but it seems like the quality of these updates have gone downhill. In the past when something was tested, I generally only had to worry about having problems with the new features that were added that weren't working properly, not the basic
    functuous of the console not working. I loved testing NXOE and even though it was riddled with problems during beta it was still usable, and the problems were manageable. I guess I'm just thrown off by having an update that adds so little having bigger problems
    than I've had in the past.

    Things you have tried: Literally everything. It's been happening since October.

    I live how they ask you all the info then never responde. Every single one of these threads is the same. I have the same problem. They never answer the question and won't address this issue. I've had my ISP to my house twice to check everything
