    Hi whiterob7,

    Sorry to hear about your suspension. The
    enforcement page
    is the only area where you can submit a case review of your suspension action, and there is no way to email, chat, or call them. The only place to discuss customer service issues by contacting Xbox support
    here. That said, if it's about the enforcement action, unfortunately they have no control over it and will not be able to assist you.

    You contact support and if your case needs escalation they will escalate it

    What is the issue since you aren't gold I assume its a billing issue

    Only phone or chat support can help you with that

    If its removing the credit card while on an active membership you need to talk to support

    No, this is another account hence why i am not gold on this account. It is not a billing issue. I have emailed Mr.Gates personally about this issue. Basically, I was suspended from XBL by the PET team because they assumed I was cheating in GTA 5 Online because
    I received modded money. However, as soon as I received the money from the hacker - unintentionally, I contacted Rockstar Games the game developer of GTA 5. They said to me that they were extremely sorry on behalf of Rockstar Games that my account was banned
    and that I'd have to contact the XBOX Policy Enforcement Team regarding my ban and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. I'm sick of the XBLPET teams forum, what is the point of it? They send you the email when you are banned yet when you make a thread
    on the suspensions forum they just send you a canned response with what the reason says on the email you got which if they read they'd understand that I need more help then what they think. Rockstar said and so did multiple Xbox Live Support team members that
    my ban should be reinvestigated or should be removed as the Games Developer was informed and the hacker was banned, I even filed a complaint when it happened. Yet Microsofts Policy Enforcement Team still bans me 7 hours prior to me contacting the games developer.
    Then, to make it even worse just to face bad publicity of their epic fail at banning me with a awfull excuse and Rockstar blaming it on XBLPET team as a mistake - they deleted my thread in the Suspensions forum and decided to message me the same canned response
    that I already knew.

    That would be the consumer advocate division of xbl you don't contact them they contact you and that's if the xbl support agent sends your case to thee consumer advocate

    Usually the consumer advocate will side with the pet team they can only ask on your behalf not overrule them
