    Hello guys, my first post here.

    I've bought an Astro A50 for Xbox One but I've returned them. I didn't think they're worth the money, and I want headphones that i can use on PC and Smartphone as well.

    I've recently discovered Tek Syndicate through the Make Your Own Gaming Headset videos (). Unfortunately I think that these suggestions don't
    work on console gamers. Only on PC, right?

    I'm thinking to get an Hifiman HE400 and a modmic to use them on xbox one.

    I would like to ask you if with this setup, I would be able to receive both game and chat audio on the headphones, and reply to my friends with the modmic attached.

    Using Separate Mic's and Headphones

    I was looking at buying Razer Kraken headphones but without the mic. This is because I found that the ModMic 4.0 was much better quality. I'm not even sure if Razer Krakens are compatible with the Xbox One, nor do I know if the ModMic is compatible, but
    I'd really like to use this setup and don't want to buy anything until I know exactly what I need. Thanks!

    Antlion Audio ModMic 4.0 with ASTRO Gaming MixAmp Pro tr xbox one is not working

    i bought ASTRO Gaming MixAmp Pro tr xbox one and connect it to xbox one and used Y adapter to connect the Sennheiser HD 598 and Antlion Audio ModMic 4.0 the headphone work but the mic is not work what is the problem?

    Thank you! Very helpful, I tried the Astros and was very disappointed...such crap sound. Now happily using a modmic 4.0 with my akg 712s :)

    Adapter to add a microphone to standard headphones?

    I've heard good things about ModMic (http://www.modmic.com/) but I was put off by the price so ended up just getting a dedicated headset and can't comment on it myself.

    The picture you posted did not seem to apply correctly but yes, you can use the disc copy of LEGO Batman to play it on Xbox One as a backwards compatible title. DLC included in bundles or other editions are backwards compatible as well.

    I experienced the same issue and have a less than stellar limited work around. If you are wanting to add more power to your headset, one solution is to amplify the output signal from the controller between the headset and the controller but, not ideal.
    It seems some choices were made that were not in the best interest of the consumer.

    I use the Modmic with the Sennheiser HD650 and have just ended up plugging in directly to the controller via a headphone/mic splitter and then into the chat adapter when playing with friends or online for the sake of convenience. I may do some further experimenting
    in the near future.

    Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with using your microphone with the Xbox One X. It's recommended to use a headset with a 3.5mm jack with support for headphones and a microphone that will plug into an Xbox Controller.
