Hidden Suspension

So i have had 2 simultaneous suspensions, the latter ended on june 10th, i still can't communicate as I've been told i have a "communications, communications: friends only" suspension which doesn't appear in my active suspensions, therefore i can't see why
i have been given the suspension, when i received it, how long it's for (though i have been made aware it is until september 4th).

So first off, i was suspended for "harassment abuse and threats" i asked who i could have harassed, abused or threatened considering i hadn't sent a message other than "no" which was 15 days before the suspension. Then i incurred another communications on
top of that and when challenged i was told "this could be accumulated from the community", now I'm not sure this answers anything from the above, i just want to know who or why i am suspended.

Which brings me to my point, how and why do i have a HIDDEN suspension which seems completely unjustifiable, and due to the fact its hidden, as stated before i cannot appeal it nor can i see why i have it to know how to approach an appeal.

I will be happy if i could be informed as to why I've had any of these 3 suspensions, why i have a hidden suspension, what i have done for this suspension, why this suspension is so long and why the manager for customer services decided to disconnect the
chat when she too realised that this is a farcical.

you would need to post in the suspension forum, but looking at your achievements shows nothing played, maybe because your game history is hidden, but ask in that forum, they will tell you why

 

Meaningless Suspension

Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.

 

Report the hang up of customer service phone call to your local Consumer ombudsman, its poor customer service, and down right disgraceful and disgusting how they think they can just treat customers like this. Its not acceptable business practice to completely
ignore your customers when they have a problem with your service, you have to do everything in your power to help the customer and listen to them NO MATTER WHAT! Its not acceptable to hang up on a customer and exhibits poor training in the business (its also
technically against the law in some places).

Because the enforcement team does not use the forums.

 

so then what do they use?

 

according to customer service who told me to post a forum, who then said they don't know why I posted a forum, there is no way to contact them.
