    Purchases are generally without refunds and it's inadvisable to try to purchase something you do not want just to see if the system works.

    However, you should phone Support and speak to Billing and see if they are able to help you. Unfortunately there is nothing we on the forums can do for you.

    I take like 15 minutes out of my day to come on this site. I post on BF3's forums the same time as here...not angry at all, usually laughing pretty hard when reading the responses..
