    I’ve been a member of Xbox live for a very loNg time now and have gotten many games with you, my brother was on my account yesterday a ended up buying a game On my account . If I could it we be very helpful if I could get a refund l. Or atleast change to
    something else for that money . I dont think he really played it . But thank you I hope one you can help .

    Hey tunes124! We are aware of the issue with the Xbox App and currently working to pass information to the appropriate teams. Please post back with the following information:

    1) When you say crashing on startup, are you seeing any UI before the app crashes? If so, what screen are you seeing right before it crashes?

    2) Upon uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox App, which of the following is happening?

    a. Does it give you an option to sign in, and you can type in your account information before it crashes?

    b. Does it go straight to the signing-in screen (a green screen with a spinner on the bottom) as if it knows your account information, and then crashes?

    c. Are you not even getting any UX before it crashes?

    3) If you are able to sign in before crashing (option (a) in the list above), can you please try creating a new dummy account and sign in using that account to see if it still crashes? We need to determine whether this is a condition specific to your
    device or whether it is specific to your account before we can proceed further.

    4) If you are willing to share the e-mail address (please do *not* send your password) that you normally use to log in with, we would like to investigate if there is anything unusual about the settings of that account.

    Go to your account at https://account.microsoft.com then click on Payment & Billing, then order history. There may be an option for "Request a refund" by the game that was ordered, which is the quickest & easiest way, though it does have the following requirements.

    You bought the item within last 14 days.

    You and any anyone else used or played it for a total of no more than 2 hours.

    Your home console, PC, and any other device you installed it on turned on and signed in to the internet.

    The game or app isn't running on any device.

    If that doesn't work, you could also reach out to Xbox customer service directly. The best way to reach them is at Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support then click on Contact Us towards the bottom, and see if there is anything they can do for you.

    What you will need to do is ask the Policy Enforcement Team for the reason of the suspension in this thread.

    Also, please check the email address associated with your account as you would have been sent an email for the reason.

    Hi Xbox!

    You'll need to go through the password reset process at login.live.com (Click on "Can't access your account"), once you've exhausted ALL those options including filling out the form then you'll want to contact Xbox support if you still don't have access.
    Once you've got the password rest you can register a new e-mail as a Microsoft Account at signup.live.com, then transfer your gamertag to it on your Xbox at Settings -> Account -> Account Security.
