hi its just a question bout been a gold member when ever i try to do load the free gold game of xbox.com site it wont let me says i have to add payment details but its ment to be free if your gold i have even had this issue on my console

Games with Gold are now missing from library

Are you still an Xbox Live Gold member? As Xbox One Games With Gold are only available whilst you have an active Gold membership.

You do need a payment method on your account to get the games, but you wont be charged anything.

You can add a payment method, add the games, and then delete the payment method.

yes, each Xbox Live account member will need to have their own gold subscription if they wish to use the functions only available to gold members

Hi, Well you must be a Gold Member and that would require you to add that feature to your xbox live account after you purchase a 3, 6 or 12 month membership. And redeem the code to be a gold member.
