Hi XBOX forums [Mod Removed] issue with xbox support

I have to say, I'm a little dissatisfied with XBOX customer support. Just so you know I called in to create a case at my old residence before my warranty expired.
[Mod Removed]my XBOX One CDROM is grinding, so the discs don't read any more.

To be clear I'm not under the age of 25 and my family uses this for an entertainment unit. It was UNDER a year old when it started to do this. This is my third XBOX system have been a supporter of them all. We like the platform.

The supervisor can't re-issue a shipping label. I mentioned that the label seemed to be expired by the time I got it to me that it is NOT receiving a shipping label for warranty repair. I have e-mail history and everything where I told them numerous times
NOT to close this case.

Talking with Mark a british tech support agent he even agreed that the automated closing of the SR shouldn't have happened as I requested a new label well within the Grace period. I'm really looking for XBOX to make this right and send the label and fix
the issue that occurred while the device was under warranty and I called in. What can you XBOX support guys do to make this right?

The Service ID is attached on file and I use my email for primary communications. I also got disconnected tonight and have not received a call in after 2 HRs on the phone waiting to talk with a supervisor.

I got hacked

someone with the gamertag [Mod Removed] used hacking software to DDOS my friends and I while we were in a xbox live party. this happened on 2/16/2012. i filed a complaint on
[Mod Removed] through xbox live and called the xbox live customer support hotline and was told to post a forum about this issue.

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately there is nothing that we can do to help out here. What I would recommend is to contact phone support again and ask to have your issue escalated. It will be forwarded to the proper team who should be able to get this straightened
out for you.

Xbox support is garbage man, I feel you. I've been being charged every month over and over for 1 month of live for 18 dollars every month. I could not get a hold of them and when I finally do they say there is nothing I can do because, it's been more than
30 days when I have been trying to get a hold of them since June. Not only that but, it came to the point where I have to put a hold on my account so my account now takes out 18 dollars and microsoft doesn't get it so they charge me another 18. So this is
36 dollars a month for 1 month of live when a year costs 31 online. RIDICULOUS

No doubt a mod will remove it once they are awake.This is the issue with having U.S. only mods on the forums.
