Hi, why doesn't call back work in the UK?

It says 10am until 5pm for Saturday and Sunday, it doesn't work. I tried it Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during the allotted times as well

I tried with my work mobile and it worked!, Call back was within 2 minutes. I don't know why my personal mobile didn't work.

Check the opening hours on the website, and after going through the virtual service, you will be attended by a person.

I tried again, checking the region. It was already on UK and again call back not working and no chat option, just contact gamer or virtual advisor.
