I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with your console.

Would you mind giving this a try?

- Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds, until it shuts down.

- Unplug the power cord from your console for 3 minutes (If you have the original Xbox One, unplug the power supply from both the Xbox and the outlet).

- Plug everything back together and turn your console on.

- If possible, please try using a different HDMI cable and a different TV.

* If that doesn't work, please answer the following questions:

- May I ask which Xbox One model you are using?

- Are you using a TV or a monitor?

- Have you already done some troubleshooting? if you have, could you tell me what you've tried so far?

Works great ..... unless I sit too far from the tv and the screen turns upside-down.

the always on I could live with (not) but a Kinect that's required? I can always cover the cameras with a towel or turn it upside down so MS can't spy on me.... hahahaha

Turn xbox one upside down when powered down, turn it on and insert disc. Let it run. Remove disc, power down, and flip it back over. This worked for my friend!

Have you tried a hard reset on the console along with unplugging it from the power supply at the same time to see if this resolves your issue?
