    can you Guys help me ?

    my son sended a bad message to another player ,and i talked to him about it,that was very wrong thing to do.

    i told him NeXT time it will happend i will delete his account but right now he got banned for 1 month .

    what to do ?

    can't connect to x-box live on new console. pls help!!

    hi there!

    we have an existing microsoftaccount and x-box live profile, created on windows 8 in our computer.we bought a new 360 consolefor our son's birthday, and upon setup, when asked to type in our account information, we failed to connect to our x-box live account
    in the console. the message we got :"this microsoft account is associated with a different x-box live profile. please try a different account". we double checked all the account information was typed correctly, tried several times, nothing helps. we keep getting
    the same message. can you please help us?

    numerous issues with xbox live

    Hey there i wonder if someone can help me with a few problems we are having on our xbox.

    Firstly we keep getting a message asking us to make the account more secure, but we cannot do this because we no longer have the information such as email account, bank / card details, phone numbers needed to do so.

    Our account is linked to an old ISP which we are no longer with so we cannot access those emails, the only email account we can access is the hotmail linked to the account but even this has its problems since we haven't got skype.

    Secondly the language has been changed on the xbox itself by one of our kids, but we don't know how to restore it back to default (English) because we don't know what the options are in (the other language which looks like Polish).

    So can you help us reset the xbox back to the default settings and can you help us with the email problems, is there a way we can change our account email online without doing it on the xbox itself maybe? Changing from Bulldog (i think this was our old isp)
    to perhaps Gmail?

    i agree with @VernierSlake

    without your windows live id there isnt much he can do

    other than send u messages through his friends but if u have blocked him then dont worry keep blocking him or his friends that way u got nothing to worry about

    if u are worried about certain people joining your party change your privacy settings that will help as it blocks all other people from messageing u and joining your party's

    Reporting a player.

    You will have to go to his Xbox live account and click on report player and then click on the reason why and there u have done it and if he is flooding you go ahead and block him and block his messages by clicking on one of his messages he has sent you.
    Then click on Block all conversations.

    I have a permanently suspension on my account really don’t know why the enforcement don’t show me how long or what I did to get permanently suspended so what do I do

    hi, I have bought 12 months subscription key from ebay.in. While activating subscription, an error message (something went wrong at our end, waiting bit might help). Therefore I could not activate my account.
