I need your help so that they can give me an answer to my next situation. Today a few hours ago I was playing with my profile after a few hours of having disconnected I try to connect and tells me that my account has been suspended. I am aware that my account
had a wake-up call so I no longer interacted in a way to communicate with other people so that they would not sanction me. But they sanctioned me even so despite the fact that I am no longer with anyone. I want to know why because other people if they send
me messages of insults attack me inside the games so I would like that they could review my case please. Since it is a 9-year account with you and consuming games to suspend me for misunderstandings.

I need help it said my console was banned(PLEASE READ)

Hello and yea I was wondering it the XBL enforcement team would please read this and help me out
Last night I was playing black ops when it said dissconnected from Xbox live profile signed in elsewhere and then it said my profile was suspended and then a second later I tried to sign in on one of my other accounts and then it said I had been Console Banned and I was wondering if I could get some information on why this has happens
My gamer tag was-(Stealth Servers) guys please comment and help me out it would really help me outClick to expand...

The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

My situation is as follows. I have permanently banned my account for user complaints with which it has played in opposing teams in the game of gears of war which when losing the game send complaints. I have almost 9 years with the account I am a user who
has always been faithful to renewing their membership gold and bought games of limited editions during all this time from the xbox 360 until now and I am forced to banien for comments since never And inflated no other rule that would be more serious as fraud,
alter the system, or make alterations of this. I ask you please to return in consideration my sansion checking my record and user history where you can see that I have never had problems of any kind until I got to play this game of gears of war 4 that was
about 1 month ago. So that only for that game has proceeded to cancel the account. Also to be recognized that it falls in the provocations of the people who insult me they say bad words to me or they send me messages with insults for which already once they
sansionaron the account to me and of there I do not send messages nor I behaved for what they are Says that they sanction me. I ONLY ASK FOR MY CASE TO BE REVISED as I mention above lines on my hitorial and if necessary a sanction I will take it with clear
taste that is not a sanction as severe or permanent as until now since I consider myself a good

Hey Somur,

Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, this seems like a glitch. The door should open and give you access to a catwalk next to the generators. If you haven't done so already, you could try restarting the chapter and see if the doors open this time around.
Besides that, since this is an in game bug, you could try looking for assistance in the
GOW Forums.

File a complaint via the console and block communications. Despite what phone support says, calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

If you feel threatened in real life, you can call the police, although most people online will say anything just to scare you.
