Hi so i am having a problem in the xbox app for windows 11

I am not able to sign in in the xbox app. I am clicking on it but nothing happens . i have tried everything. i repaired, reset the app, all services are on, i reset the windows store, i searched on youtube for it and tried everything they told but still nothing happened. please help

Hello Prabhkirat, have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 22H2.

Updates are often seen as optional.

Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

1 - Type cmd (Command Prompt) in the search bar of the Start menu and then click Run as administrator.

2 - Enter chkdsk /f/x/r/v

Being in use the system will ask if the user wants to check the chosen drive after reboot. Just type S and restart the computer.

I am on Windows 11 and everything is up to date, both windows, the Xbox App and all the games.

I have verified and repaired all games. I have deleted and reinstalled the Xbox App. I have downloaded a windows 11 iso file and performed an inline install (I.e a complete reinstall of windows 11 but keeping apps and files). None of it has resolved this issue

So sick of seeing these responses. First, OP is not on Windows 10, they're on Windows 11. Look at the screenshot. Second, resetting the store, re-installing Xbox app, and deleting registry keys does NOTHING. I just clean installed Windows 11 and have similar problems.
