Hi on my Xbox an account got banned but other accounts are facing these consequences

Hi an account on my Xbox got banned and I understand why but other accounts on this Xbox are facing these consequences(my family members accounts) I have spoken to someone from Xbox support and he said that it’s a console ban and he can’t really help me
and that it’s up to the enforcement team and I don’t know why my whole console got the ban and I would appreciate it if they took the console ban away because only I should be getting punished. Also the new Star Wars Battlefront 2 beta is free to play this
weekend and my little brother has been waiting to play this for ages and he won’t be able to because this ban.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

Yeah, if his account got banned, there is probably a good reason, unfortunately. This isn't an official Microsoft site, but if you call them, they should be able to help you. Hopefully it's a temporary ban and not a permanent ban. You can also call 1-800-4MY-XBOX. I hope this helps!

 

Unfortunately there is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console bans. If it's temporary, all you can do is wait it out.
