    Hi-need to change my Live billing date. Any ideas?


    Hi there. My account is debited on the 20th of each month for my Live subscription. I'd like to change this to anywhere between 25-30th of the month, but can't find how/where to do this. Any help would be appreciated.

    Where is the money from the currency switch?

    Hi,

    To be able to buy something, you need a valid payment method up to date (so Credit Card / Paypal ...).

    If you still have MS Points card is still valid until further notice.

    You can't do that manually. The only way around it is to wait for the subscription to expire and then renew it on the date you wish.

    I just had a look at my Game Pass sub and there's nothign to change the billing dat, just the payment method. The billing date is scheduled for the anniversary of when you started it so you must have started your sub on the 23/24th

    I suspect the only way you can do it is to cancel your subscription a couple of days before it's due to expire then wait until the 1st before purchasing again
