Sorry my profile picture has been changed not my gamer tag and the person has claimed they have hacked my account

Well I have been in contact with investigation and escalation XBOX support team. I have yet to retrieve my tag back, or have spoken to anyone that has had the inclination to help me.

Question to others:

Has anyone been hacked and able to retrieve their original Xbox gamer tag?

Just spoke to Xbox chat and still no luck or progress. Just got told to wait again. Not sure if my account has been frozen as I checked on my tag and it has not been online since 21/09/2013.

Hopefully this will all get sorted. Ive spoke to Microsoft Support about my email address being hacked into and changed and nothing has been done about it. They said to create a new email and contact xbox about tag so no help really

Use the report feature on the console to report that persons gamertag if you suspect he is tampering or cheating.
