Hi my Xbox has been freezing

Hi my Xbox has been freezing up and saying it has multiple error codes I have done all of the things needed but with no luck my Xbox just keeps freezing up for no reason is there anything that I can do to fix this

If the system reset doesn't work you might wanna consider getting the device sent into Xbox for repair or replacement.

Thank you for reaching out. If you haven't already, I'd like for you to try performing a

factory reset by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Reset console.

Make sure to select the option that keeps your games and apps. Hope this helps!

Some things to try:

1. Turn off the console and unplug it for 30 seconds and try again.

2. Reset the console keeping games and apps: Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "keep games and apps".

3. Reset the console erasing everything: Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "erase everything".
