Two things happened: First of all, your wife doesn't have a Gold membership anymore. The reason she was able to play online with you is, that each console can grant up to three Gamertags one free trial month of Xbox LIVE Gold if the Gamertag is created on
the console itself and is then joined to Xbox Live through the console.

So your wife's Gold trial membership expired, and you (she) need(s) to buy her(self) a Gold Membership. Or you could buy a Family Gold Pack for you both (and maybe your kids), as this is cheaper than two separate Gold memberships.

However, if you say your wife doesn't have an account anymore (i.e. it's not on the console anymore), do the following: Sign out of your Gamertag if necessary (Guide button, then X).

Then with the Guide menu still open, choose "Download Gamertag". Let your wife enter her Live ID email and password for that Gamertag and let the console download the Gamertag.

Now she has her Gamertag back, but still needs a Gold membership if she is supposed to play online Multiplayer games.

it doesn't show her xbox/microsoft account in the game and she never had a xbox360 live account. The only other option is; download profile. after which you can sign in with a live account(which she never had) in order to download your old xbox360 profile (which my daughter never had). We tried signing in with her normal account but the 360 emulator sign in screen doesn't allow for spaces in the password, which she has... but that would probably just say she doen't have an old 360 profile anywayz...

Nor mine, but my wife can sign in, same console. All the services are still unavailable to her, but she can play on her profile.

First the easy part: Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold on your Xbox console.

Let's assume you buy the Game Pass subscription. As long as you keep the console your wife plays on as your account's Home Console, anyone (including your wife) can play on that console and the console will unlock the Game Pass games as well as allow online
Multiplayer through the shared gold subscription.

On the PC it's a bit awkward.

First of all, you'll have to make sure your wife is added to your Microsoft family. Sign in with your account on
https://account.microsoft.com/family. There add your wife's Microsoft Account if not already done so.

Now the complicated part on getting the Game Pass Games on your wife's PC:

Your wife has to add your Microsoft Account as a second user to her PC.

Then with your WIFE SIGNED IN, have her go to the Windows Store or Xbox Game Pass App.

If she is signed in to these apps, she has to sign out temporarily from these apps, and you will have to sign in with your account.

You ONLY sign into the APPS! You do NOT sign out your wife from her logged in account on the PC!

Then with your account signed in on the store app or the Xbox Game Pass app, your wife can then download and install the PC games.
