I have a very annoying problem where when I open the xbox website or the xbox cloud the following message appears: An error occurred while processing your request.

I already restarted my computer, I already emptied everything, I mean everything!! and I even tried to reset the page, there were times when I even switched to Chrome because I use Brave and the problem persisted, there were times when I even logged in but then I just left and came back very quickly and the same problem continued, is there any solution??

Note that Brave is not officially supported by Xbox Cloud Gaming, we recommend using Edge or Chrome. While they all use the same browser engine there are differences between these browsers and the features they support.

It looks like this may be an ongoing issue, as I'm seeing the same error on my end. Please report the issue to the Xbox team from this page: https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

Select 'Report' under 'Report a service outage'. Then choose 'Cloud Gaming' > 'Launching Cloud Gaming'. Then in Additional feedback, copy and paste the error that you receive.

Once you submit this report it will be forwarded to the appropriate team for investigation. Please reach back if you have any questions.
