hi, my minecraft account will not let me sign in

I've tried to login in on 2 different laptops, I bought the game back in 2020

and did the migration back in 2023 yet recently when I try to log in its asking me for a mojang password I do not have I have the password to my account and to my Microsoft account ( and yes I've tired those) and it does not work. so I tried to download it on a different laptop and even then on the Minecraft website it will not even allow me to login in.

let me in my account please.

Minecraft doesn't even seem to me linked to this profile?? where did it go like help?

I'm glad to have the opportunity to give you some advice.

There are times when an unexpected glitch in a Minecraft-related application causes you to be unable to log into your Minecraft account, but you mention that you can't even log in on the Minecraft website, meaning that the problem may be with your account itself.

After going through the Mojang account migration, all platforms now require a Microsoft account to access Minecraft. even if you don't have the game within your account, as long as your account can access the Xbox service properly, then you should be able to access the official Minecraft website.

That is, as long as you can log into your Microsoft/Xbox account on this page:

You'll be able to log in at the official Minecraft website:

Welcome to the Minecraft Official Site | Minecraft

And you can check if you own this game on both pages, if not, you will see the option to buy it:

If you are unable to log in, then there is an issue with your account and we need to analyze this issue further.

hi 13ye! I had the same problem, but when I restarted my computer, my Minecraft worked again. It let me sign into my account.

HI,

I previously had Minecraft on a xbox 1 and was logged into my Microsoft account on xbox. However, I have now switched to ps4 and it will not let me sign in because my account is logged onto my xbox, how can I fix this?
