Hi Geri. Both my kids have signed into the Xbox. Actually they've never been signed out at any point so we simply turned the Xbox on under both of their accounts. The problem still appears to persist. Both kids have the "[NAME] needs to sign in again on Windows ([DEVICE]) to verify their account." on the Family Safety page. And now, neither kid is listed under the Family Safety "Manage consent" page.

Have you tried signing in an adult account or any other account other than theirs to see if this happens with that one as well?

I have. There is one adult account and three kids accounts. Two of the kids accounts wont stay signed in. The adult account and other kid account will stay signed in.

Just to recap my situation from multiple posts over a few different threads now, initially only one of my two kids was getting the message about needing to sign in on the Xbox to verify his account, which wasn't working. Now both of my kids have this issue. And when I visit Family Safety and click on the "Manage Consent" option, one of my kids is listed there as an option to manage but the other is not.

In my case, unlike what other people are reporting, I am not aware of any loss in functionality for my kids playing Xbox. They're able to log in and play as normal.
