Hi, my 13 year old sons account was hacked.

My sons account was hacked and hit for over $1000.00. The case is currently under investigation with Xbox. But a few days ago his account was permanently locked up, prevention him any access to his Xbox gold. We now have control of the account again, and
I don't feel he should lose his account for something someone else did. Does anyone know how I can go about getting his account back open for him? I dont know a lot about these games. LOL

Unbeknown to me my 13 year old son created his own Microsoft account, with his own card details and then purchased Vbucks and an XBox Gold subscription. Is this allowed?

Same problem here. This is ridiculous that my 13 year old son can't rent a PG movie even though I have given him permission to use my account to pay for it. Unacceptable.

Hi there! Can you verify that your son's account shows that he's at least 13 Years old and that he has parental consent?

because my sons account shows him as 11yrs old in UK his region nor birth date cant be changed till he turns 13.

You need to be 13 years old or over to use EA's servers.

Once the date of birth is set on an account it can't be changed so if your son is under 13 he wont be able to play until he reaches the right age
