It is already 3 weeks trying to get support. And not answer.

Now we have bought Minecraft game and it does not work.

We bought, and the game page is displaying buy it.

There is no support contact.

How to solve it?

For failed purchase or if you brought the game and still it is not working please contact Minecraft Support by visiting https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new?ticket_form_id=360001225811 this link. Hope soon they will look into the issue and troubleshoot it.
