Hi just wondering whats going on this second night that i am unable to play digital download games online games or watch 4 on demand or demand 5 and bbc iplayer yet when i check live services it says that there is no problem and all is up and running ????
only purchases are affected so why can i not play games if i knew this was going to keep happening i would have bought the discs in stead

Yes, your achievements will unlock and update as soon as you resign into XBL.

yes, MS confirmed before launch that you would be able to log into the same account on 1 360, and 1 Xbox One.

haven't heard anything about the achievements so i assume as long as both consoles are connected to the internet they would unlock and update as normal... if i'm understanding that part of your question.

There has to be some reason that you were suspended. Are you sure you didn't so much let a cuss slip in game chat? Something as little as that could lead to a suspension. They don't suspend anyone without a valid reason.
