    Billed for product. Product not given.

    I purchased the 6,500 Gold pack for £19.99 from the World of Tanks Xbox 360 Edition Store on Xbox Live. I received the Purchase Confirmation and the £19.99 was taken out of my account but I have not received the product I paid for (In-Game currency for World
    of Tanks). I made the purchase on 8th February 2015 at around 10 PM. I'm not sure of what to do because at this point they're just stealing off of me.

    Hi, yes most of the free to play games like World of Tanks, DC Universe, Smite and Neverwinter do need a gold subscription to play.

    The free games with gold, you need gold to play them on the Xbox One, but not on Xbox 360.
