hi it has been over 2 years since i have received any rewords for playing games help needed

hi i have played many games over the last couple of years and still i have not been reworded for it i spend a lot of time and money on xbox 360 and xbox one earning loads of achievements thinking i would be reworded and no still no rewords for my time and
effort can this problem be sorted out as if problem can not be sorted and my rewords are not received i might have to take my custom some were else like ps4 and i have been part of reword for a long time and only ever been reworded a couple of times

Missing Reward Points.

I last received reward points over 2 years ago, yet my reward account has been and is still active, that's 2 years of auto renewal (250 points per month) plus points for game purchases I haven't received. Please help.

 

Been a loyal member for years never got rewords

Ok so here the issues i have i been a loyal xbox member for over 8 years and i been apart of the reword program since day 1 it started. I been busy with life but always find time to game on my xbox and never got around to contacting support so now that i
do got time i thought i would see if i can get this fix and claim what rightly my. So on my reword your suppose to get points base on your gamer score i have over 100k score like around 160,000 give or take and never got a single point for any of it as well
i pay for my xbox live for years and pay for items on the store. I not once never got any points for any of that even doing the surveys. All i am asking is to fix this issue and give me what i rightly earn all these years.

 

In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. There are generally no offers to receive credits just for playing.

Achievements will only earn credits if they are part of a specific offer (like the current Dr. Rewards offer). You have to first purchase a game that is eligible for the offer, and the. You can earn credits by earning a set number of achievements in that
game.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards). We do not
have any current offers for play time.
