daughter can not download apps on windows phone with xbox live

we have window phones. my daughter set her own phone up and can not remember the email address nor her password she used to set up her xbox live. i have tried to see if she is on my account under "family" and she is not. I have tried changing her password
but the security questions involve email questions that she nor i know. can you help?

Hi please help I am clueless. My son's xbox one was asking for him to update so he did but now he can't get into his account. He needs to know the micosoft details - email address and password but his dad set this up who can't help him. His dad doesn't
remember the email address or password and doesn't have the mobile number he used at the time. It's now left in my hands to sort but I can't seem to get support from xbox online chat it just says connecting to an agent. He knows his username for his game and
has about 6 months of live gold membership left so I am reluctant to set him up a new one plus he has a fortnight skin!!!! Please help any advice would be much appreciated.

 

Hi, You cannot reset your Microsoft account, under such circumstances as you request.

From the dashboard, the email address is visible if you go to Settings and select
Account. Scroll right to Your Information and select
Account Security. The Microsoft account associated with your Xbox Live account is shown.
