    Hi i’m trying to log back into my Xbox account.


    it’s been about a year. I used it to play minecraft on PS5 but I randomly got logged out. Unfortunately under my own mistake I have 3 Xbox accounts that are under the same email so resetting the password is extremely difficult since i can’t log in and I can’t use my username for some reason. I just need to know how to log into that specific profile again. I know the username of the account and the password if i can just get help resetting the password. I’ve genuinely tried every link on the Xbox and microsoft websites and nothing will work.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I get the error when I’m trying to log into my Xbox Live Account in order to play games that I have downloaded.

    I went through the process which you outlined but unfortunately the problem remains. I tested the internet connection to the Xbox within settings which confirmed that the internet is connected.

    I’m thinking that maybe the problem is with my Xbox Live Account, but I can log into my microsoft account on other devices without a problem.

    Have you any further suggestions please?

    I've made a new account on xbox and I already has some friends.

    The account was made after my son logged out of his we were trying to find the email address attached to his Xbox account. After I made new account we realised that my sons account that we can’t remember the password for is acually a friend or follower of the new account. Sorry I’m new to all this so don’t know much.
