    Not receiving reward credit

    hi I keep getting told to update my info when trying to claim reward credit, I've tried changing my billing adress to match the one on my card, but nothing changes, please help!!

    need to opt out of the program, wait for 48 hours, and re-enroll. Once you do that, please contact us again and we'll recover your pending credits.
