I’m sorry but the app will detect your physical location and in regards to supporting your current region according to Microsoft “Microsoft Rewards offers and redemption catalogues vary across regions. We'll gradually introduce the Microsoft Rewards program across the globe.”

Which means that we just need to wait from time to time and hopefully it will be added soon.
