I wanted to log on to Xbox Live and I got a message saying that connect me to the Internet, check my connection network and everything was in order at the end checkedthe connection and was there when I came out the message "your console been vetoed"

I would like to know the reason for the veto since my console has not been altered, and I only have the profile of a cousin and a friend.

To enter this option generates the message "Unable to detect the state of this serial number at this time, please connect this device to Xbox Live". As my console is banned I can not access xbox live.
