Hi, I would like to know why I can't email anyone to file a complaint?

I recently tried calling multiple times to the support center, every person I spoke with hung up on me and was very rude. I don't know who you guys have hired or are hiring but they should be fired. They hung up on me mid sentence when I asked them a question. I wasn't even rude I was polite and I just needed help with my microsoft account. They cut me off. Said rude things to me and treated me like I was stupid, then proceeded to hang up on me mid sentence. I want to file a complaint and I want to speak to someone who will actually listen to me and not just hang up because they don't want to deal with a problem.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. However, if you run into people doing things against the ToU and CoC of Live then you should report them using the dashboard reporting tools. Go to their bio and select File Complaint then follow the instructions
provided.

If you know who it is, you would need to file a complaint on them via the console so the enforcement team to investigate him, but there really isn't much else that can be done.
