    Hi, i was banned on xbox on the second week of living at university with no explanation on why its come to the end of my university year and i would like to see at least why i was banned and if possible appeal the ban.i’ve tried to get in contact a few different ways with no success in still getting xbox emails like nothing happened and i had no reason for the ban in an email

    I’ve looked here and there’s no information about why i was banned it said i have never had a strike against my xbox account and no reports and under that it says permanent ban and by it no further details regarding the ban.

    A 2 week ban usually occurs after the 3rd communication ban.

    First is 24 hours.

    Seconds is a week

    Third is 2 weeks.

    Unless its changed recently.
