    Hi guys,

    I have epic games account that is connected to my xbox account.

    I want to disconnect from the epic game account.

    The only connection i found between the account is permissions and not to remove a way to disconnect from epic game account

    Please help

    The account connection is made on Epic Games' side, so you have to unlink it from the Epic games account.

    Sign in from this page using your Xbox profile and select REMOVE to unlink your Xbox profile: https://www.epicgames.com/account/connected?sessionInvalidated=true

    You can reach out to Epichttps://epicgames.helpshift.com/a/epic-accounts/. Did you load the game on your Xbox and see if you have all the stuff you purchased?
    Because you should have all the stuff you purchase. The Epic account won't affect anything you brought via Xbox.

    Please be aware that disconnecting your console/platform account from your Epic Games account is highly discouraged for the following reasons:
    • Your game progression and purchases are stored on your Epic account. So, if you disconnect your console/platform from your Epic account, you lose access to that data.
    • If you sign in to your Epic Games account using a console/platform that was disconnected, you will automatically create a brand new Epic account. This new account will not have any game progression

    How do I diconnect Epic Games account through Microsoft ?

    I have an unknown Epic Games account connected to my Microsoft account and I want to disconnect it through Microsoft instead of signing into Epic Games because I don't know its login info. I tried disconnecting on the Microsoft Apps and Service tab, but it did not work, it just removed access and did not unlink it.

    (I already tried logging in with my Xbox account on the Epic Games website and it said that the account is inactive.)

    I am getting an Xbox soon, so I want to keep playing on my current Epic Games account.

    I have looked around, but the only to disconnect is through Epic Games. Is there any other way that could do this or am I just stuck with a random account?
    The linking process is initiated from Epic Games side so unlinking would also have to happen from their end.
