    HELP

    I'm trying to change my settings for privacy but it won't let me because of parental restrictions "family" that I accidently set up, and I forgot the info(username, password) about the account to log on and turn off the restictions.

    I don't know what to do, please help

    If you forgot the passcode along with the secret answer to your recovery question, then then your only option is to contact the official support at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support

    In order to prevent smart kids from finding a default reset code on the internet or in the manual, and then turning off parental controls without their parent's knowing, each console has an unique reset code that gets calculated from the console serial number.

    You therefore have to contact the official support, provide the console serial number, and the support will then guide you through the reset process

    Just contact them at Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Hey I need help when i sign it ask's for a parent control password and the email for that is obviously different from my windows live ID anyways I tried to type in the password but it wont accept.

    I Need help changing,recovering or removing my parent control password, because i forgot it.

    Not my Account, My protection password

    Plus when I go on my console and sign in "offline" it would let me access Kinect,Account or Privacy on settings

    So there is not a way I change it on my xbox I have to change it on Xbox.com But everytime i search for support i always get steps on how to fix related problems

    I Need to actually "type in a new password,recover or remove my parent control passwork on xbox.com

    If you could tell me what to do you will be a life saver!
