    i am a brasilian customer and need some help because the power supply of my console stop to working, i try to enter in contact, but the chat is closed, i try to open a device service and repair but i don´t complete it because the formate of my cpf is not
    accepted can someone help me?

    cX Eddy we will need some more info to help you. Does your tv displays the console picture or do you see just a black screen? Is your console stuck on the green screen?
