    Hi, I tried to upgrade my account yesterday, and purchased Gold for one mounth, did not work!


    Hi

    I got an error code, similar to "there was a problem with the connection with live host" or something..

    I could not start to play live with COD AW, but when I tried, a new "you need gold member to play" accured, so I purchased again. Still could not play. I see now that I was paying two times with just a few minutes between. Can someone help? I should just
    pay for one gold membership..

    HELP - Gold Account has been misteryously canceled

    Hi,

    On Jan/2014 I sign a 12 mounths gold account by U$39,99

    That value was debited in my credit card at same mounth.



    After 2 mounths, Yesterday I received an e-mail from billing@mi?crosoft.com with information saying my account has been CANCELED.

    The point is: I didnt canceled it!



    And now? please can somebody explain to me whats happen?

    I want my gold signature 8 mounts remains back!

    I 'upgraded' to the Xbox One version yesterday for $4.99 on my account, and then when my boyfriend came home from work and tried to play it while signed into his account, it was still asking him to purchase it, which he did.

    So in all honesty, I'm *** that we paid for a game twice just so that we can play it on each account.

    hey man I had the same problem at same time just like you!! my gold account has been misteriously cancelled yesterday... i had more 10 mounths remaing.....

    it shows No purchases made in the past 3 months but on my bank account it took my money for one mounth xbox ultimate game pass

    Hi I think with this promotion is over now, so in this case only the 1 mouth is converted in Ultimate by $1. The others mount can be ajusted to ultimate but in this case 3 mounths of Live Gold is equal the 2 mounths of Game Pass Ultimate, so to you take
    2 mounths Ultimate in conversion you lost 1 mounth of a single subscription
