Hi, i recently got shadow of mordor and it came with a Dark Ranger Pack, but the two codes on ...

The Pre-Order codes for Shadow of Mordor for the trials of war, and Dark Ranger skin not working, and saying the codes are invalid when I just gotten the game brand new. So if there is a way to fix this please help it's been two days now the codes still
not working.

 

Mine won't work either for the last 4 days, but I just tried them again this morning and they WORKED. Now I can actually enjoy the preorder bonuses that I paid for. People should try the codes again they might have fixed the problem.

 

I have the same. I received 2 pre-order codes from Amazon and only one works. Also in the case there were 2 codes and only one works. Who should I be reporting this to or is it in hand to be fixed? Do I just keep retrying?

 

I just tried both codes again, and this time they worked.

 

I just tired my Dark Ranger code and it worked but the code for the Trials of War says it has already been used....wth?

 

Also having this problem, got the Test of Power code to work but not the other one, keeps saying that the other one has already been redeemed.

We are receiving reports that this issue should be resolved. If you haven't already, please go ahead and try to redeem the codes again. If you have tried to redeem your codes again and are receiving a message saying that the code has already been redeemed,
try the following steps to verify that the downloadable content has successfully been redeemed:

• From the Dashboard navigate to the Settings tab.
• Select System and then select Storage.
• Select Hard Drive and then select Games and Apps.
• Select Shadow of Mordor and scroll down.
• Check to see if you are able to view the downloadable content.

Give the suggested steps a try and let us know if you were successfully able to redeem your codes. Thanks!

 

Trials of War code still says it has already been used

Sorry to hear that the issue is continuing to occur. Are you able to verify that the code was successfully redeemed by trying the steps above?

 

I had the same problem with Middle Earth Shadow of Mordor The Dark Ranger Pack. First go to your computer not your console and go to Xbox.com. Than go to sign in, and sign in. Next go to My Account and go down to Redeem Code. Than click on Redeem, and then
type in the code you have for your Dark Ranger Pack and they should say code activated or something related to that. Than go to your Xbox and go to the tab called settings then click on account. After that click on download history and your Character Skin
and the Test of Power Challenge mode should be there. Then start to download them and it should be on your game after that. Hope this Helped if it doesn't let me know where you got stuck at.

 

I'm having the same problem with this game. Bought it yesterday and the Dark Ranger skin code is coming up as 'already redeemed'.

Test of power code worked, and it appears under the Games file section as per Mister Quimby's steps above.

I have tried redeeming the Dark Ranger code on my 360 and on my PC but I get the same message. The Dark Ranger skin does not appear in my download history as TemplarDylly suggested.

Can we please get a definitive answer regarding this issue?

Sorry to hear about the issue. Are you able to see the Dark Ranger Skin while in the main menu of the game under Change Skins?

 

Hi Mister Quimby, no, I can't redeem the code so the skin button has a padlock over it. I've emailed Warner Bros. about the problem too and they want photos of the box, discs, leaflet, receipt etc. before they'll even start investigating...

 

just downloaded the dark ranger skin and test of power
