Recently I reseted my xbox, and when I tried to connect to my account with my email, it asked me to put a new username. I think I can't find my old account. I only remember for sure the username.

Hello! Depending on what you experienced, you probably experienced what is now the new Gamertag change. What this means is you can have two Xbox Gamertags. So example: You'll have one set to applications & the console itself. The second would be the gamertag
that'll appear in games that don't support the new gamertag change (Which is about majority of games).

In order to fix this, you'll have to buy a new gamertag as from how it sounds, you used the free charge given to your account when the new system was set up. The costs for one is $9.99, taxes usually not included from personal experiences.
