    As stated in the title, I bought Minecraft, and my friend is unable to redeem it. I don't know why but the image isn't uploading so this is the imgur link:

    He has two microsoft accounts. He said he switched between the two accounts when pressing the link from the email(after I bought the gift). Then, he tried redeeming the code, which resulted in the image above. I told him to try downloading minecraft and using both accounts, however it still says "buy now" instead of play. I really don't know what we did wrong, any help would be appreciated. I do hope that the gift code is just bugging, if not, I'd get a refund.

    About the products tab, idk what to put in there so I selected the option that had install, redeem, and activate because it sounded close to what I'm attempting now.

    To add on, I might be in the wrong forum for this request, however I'm unable to request a refund for some reason in the xbox page, while my microsoft order history shows the order. And yes, this is the same microsoft account on the same email

    I’d recommend editing those photos to remove the game activation key in case someone uses it.
