Hi Nico, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

"1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

"Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps."

This same thing happened to me with GTA V. I looked it up and found out that it is because of a synchronization issue. To fix this, i simply changed the time zone of my xbox.

I got an email a few days ago, and had to call Xbox by phone to finish the investigation. There was no evidence of Unauthorized Access when I could easily prove there was. The problem here is that the ''investigation'' team couldn't look back more than a
month to see it, so needless to say, I got screwed with 2 months of phone/forum support for nothing but a name-change. I was FINALLY able to buy Live for a month, but at the cost of waiting forever and losing my WL ID login ability. I still have no access
to that even though the pointless investigation is closed and MS has nothing to do with me. Reminder, that means no Microsoft Expert Zone for me which I really freakin' need to get too, but it won't let me login.

So, here we go on what I need help with currently;

1) I REALLY need my WL ID functioning again. Playing games is less important than Expert Zone and the events they host.

2) Is there any way to escalate the investigations outcome? I know for a fact I can show them that there was UA, they just need to look better.

3) Is there any formal place to complain to Microsoft? This has been a huge waste of time, and I would like this case brought to attention.

I had the problem when running Ilomilo Plus where it couldn't login to Xbox despite being logged in to to the store and Xbox app. It would give me the error of having to accept new terms and conditions as well as not being able to save my game progress
for not being logged in.

I changed two things to fix this. The first is logging into xbox.com and go to your Xbox settings. Then go to contact preferences. It gave me a prompt to accept the terms and conditions. I accepted them and then saved my preferences for the email newsletters/ads.
Second, I went to forums preferences and set the time zone to align with my computers.

I don't know if one or both of these things fixed the issue, but it's worth it to give it a shot. I hope this helps someone out there; good luck!

So, it looks like the only way I can reset my gamerscore is to mod my achievements, since Microsoft won't reset gamerscore when asked.. for some reason.

Can somebody give me the rundown on the "Cheater" zone?
