Hi, I need support for xbox insiders hub and insider preview.

Hi I got the hub on Sat. 4th. Everything was fine, But then unenroll my xbox was accidentally checked. (i want to be in and stay in the program.

And now I get the unauthorized error. * There's a problem Error making HTTP call (HTTP Code: Unauthorized, Correlation ID: ) StatusCode: Unauthorized *

Support said for me to post my issue here.

I need to get if fixed so I can use the xbox insiders hub. I also wanting/waiting to be enrolled in the xbox insiders preview program.

Because of overwhelming response and limited space, we’re not currently offering a way to invite friends to the Xbox One Update Preview. We’ll let Insiders know if this changes in the future.

Note If you previously participated in the Xbox Preview Program, you can rejoin the Xbox One Update Preview at any time by selecting it from the
Insider content list in the Xbox Insider Hub.

For better assistance with Xbox Insider Hub, you can also share the issues that you encounter by chatting with other Xbox Insiders on the Xbox Insider Forums. To start a chat session, follow the steps below:



1. Sign in to Insider Program forums.

2. You may select Latest Xbox One Update Preview.

3. Click on Chat with Support.

How long does unenroll take?

 

I think the unenrol can take up to 72 hours to complete once this has happened you should be able to use the Xbox Insider Hub app to re enrol your console in the program.
