    i went to shut down my pc and turn the power supply off then back on right after using the xbox app to play black ops 6 then when i turned the power supply back on and then turned my computer back on i launch black ops 6 through the xbox app then it asked me to sync my data then i looked down at my phone then back up to my screen and it said the same thing again but this time it worked does this mean if the xbox app ask to select a cloud save twice that my game porgression is corrupted and that if i shut down my pc then turn the power supply off and then back on after then if it ask me to select a cloud save twice or one again that my game progression will be gone and ill have to start over again? but if my progression is gone when i redo this how can i fix it and how do i check the status of my cloud save

    they cannot see the ddos, it happens outside of their network and happens over the internet, the only people that can resolve this is your isp as they CAN see the attacks.

    Your IP is public to anyone and can happen on any platform, Microsoft are not responsible for your net connection. there is physically nothing they can do about you being ddosed

    First even if the enforcement team gets a thousand reports that you supposedly violated the code of conduct does not mean that you will get suspended EVERY report that is made is investigated and the account that gets reported is ONLY suspended if there
    was a violation of the code of conduct.

    If you feel that you should not have been suspended you can sign into enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review the enforcement team will then reinvestigate the report and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.

    This is the ONLY way to get a suspension lifted sooner then its original end date and the ONLY way to contact the enforcement team.

    please check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if it will show any payments due/pending there, if there are any shown they need to be sorted first.

    Also check if there are active subscriptions based on the payment option (credit card) you want to delete.

    If there are No pending changes or active subscriptions based on that payment option and you still can't remove it, then it's best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat.

    They should be able to do a more in-depth check into the issue.
