    I believe xbox live removed this title from the store and unfortunately my library too! I checked my download history and can't get to download my copy of

    Pirates vs. Ninjas Dodgeball instead I get error codes.

    I also have this same issue. When I access my download history and attempt to add Pirates vs Ninjas Dodgeball to my download queue, it comes up with an orange box that says "Sorry, this item is no longer available." This is the full version of the game that
    I'm trying to download -- not the trial.

    Question about the forthcoming Backwards compatibility...

    Just a quick question.

    Will I (and the rest of us) be able to download games that we previously owned on the 360 in digital format, or do you actually need to own a physical copy?

    I'm asking because 25% of my old 360 titles were bought on XBL, surely XBL can tell if you owned a game on the 360 by the Achievements list?

    Can anyone help?

    @CroutonCrusader - it seems as though that game was taken off the marketplace. Unfortunately when that happens there is no longer an option to download the game.
